Svaroopa

Svaroopa focuses on significantly different ways of doing familiar poses, opening of spine and moving through each spinal area in sequence.

Developed by Rama Berch, Svaroopa each pose includes the fundamental concepts of asana, anatomy and yoga philosophy, and emphasizes the development of the inner world, which is sometimes called svaroopa, in the Yoga Sutras. This is a consciousness developing, transformation focused tool.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a physically demanding, strenuous workout.  Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, participants move through a series of flows, designed to build strength, flexibility and stamina. Not for beginners!
